Autumn Skincare Edit: The Products I Swear By For My Skin

It’s officially Autumn down here in the southern hemi, but a confused Autumn; meaning that some days still call for no sleeves and sunblock and others for flannel PJ’s and a fire. Typical Auckland weather, really. But I’m not complaining, I think Autumn is probably my favourite season. Not only as it’s kinder on my Pitta body that often overheats and is prone to heat related exhaustion and/or anger, but for everything that the season represents; old habits and patterns falling like leaves to the ground. Preparing to turn inward. Switching up our meals to more grounding root vegetables and warming spices, and exercising at a more gentle pace. That’s what it means for me, anyway!
