Book an Appointment

If you are not quite ready to commit to a coaching program and would like to book a one-off session you can do so below.

One-off sessions are a great way to get clarity and advice on one particular area of your life e.g. a nutrition plan, relationship or career advice, or to work through emotional blockages, and to discover whether a coaching relationship is a good fit for us both.

Payment is made at time of booking and the session will be completed via Zoom. If you don’t already have Zoom on your laptop or smartphone, please download now.

Before our session:

  • When you book your session in you will be asked what your intention is for the session and what you’d like support with. The clearer you can be, the more able I am to support you.

  • Bring a notepad and pen to your session to take notes and ensure you are somewhere quiet, without interruption.

  • Please join 5 minutes before your scheduled call time (the Zoom link will be in the Outlook invite I send you) so we can kick-off right on time.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting payment.
