With one-on-one health coaching, we start with an initial consultation to discuss your current lifestyle and roadblocks. We will look at each domain of your life -- career, relationships, physical activity, nutrition, finances, family, spirituality -- all of it, and we'll slowly start to draw a picture of where the kinks are.

We'll look at your goals, your hopes and dreams, we'll set stretch challenges (because after all, if you're not stretching you're not growing), and unearth what might be in the way of you being 150% in love with your life. And just so we're clear - being in love with your life doesn't mean that everything is sunshine and hoola-hoops, but it means you'll have developed the inner fortitude to deal with whatever life throws your way, with ease and grace. Others around you will recognise how far you've come, and want to know how they can get a slice of the pie too. That's the ripple effect of leading a lit life. People want in.

Because that's ultimately what we all want, right? Really BIG, fun, joyful, happy and healthy lives, surrounded by people we worship, and lovin' on ourselves on the regs. Life is just more fun that way, huh? And it's totally possible, for all of us.

Where were we? During the program we will look as much at your physical health as we will your emotional. That might sound scary for a lot of people, I get it, but I've been on my own personal development journey these past few years and the scariest things I did were also the juiciest and most rewarding. I don't subscribe to any 'one size fits all' approach to life, and nor to eating and exercising. I'm all about bio-individuality, meaning what works for one person might not work for the next, so we'll work together to figure out what that looks like, for you. That's the easy part. The harder part is actually taking action, with the knowledge you've been given; and that's why coaching is so crucial - for that accountability piece. I will be your number #1 homegirl / cheerleader / supporter, but I will also (lovingly) call you out on your shit if I think you're lacking intentionality and focus. 

I'm about eating intuitively -- choosing foods that our bodies really want, not what our emotions are choosing based on a set of circumstances. You've probably heard of emotional eating, right? This is a big part of the work that I do -- navigating and adapting to cravings. Most cravings are just an amino acid imbalance which can be easily corrected.

I take a food as medicine approach. That means a looooooooot of plants, but if you like meat and dairy - that's fine too. Whatever works for you. So long as it is actually working and you haven't just tuned out to what your body is telling you. After all, our bodies are our best barometer. I love using natural medicine and alternative therapies such as essential oils for physical, emotional and spiritual health - and sunshine, water, and earth to fix anything and everything. Reiki healers, osteopaths, acupuncturists, naturopaths -- I love them all and have them on speed dial.

I'm about doing exercise that we love because we love our bodies, and not because we hate them. I used to think that I had to get super sweaty and do a lot of cardio to lose weight, but I've realised that my body - my constitution - prefers sloooooow yoga and pilates. Oh and dancing; that's exercise too, ya know?!

I'm about adopting the sloooooow life. That doesn't mean that you're a passive participant and you don't give a shit about what's going on around you, it means that you love yourself so much that you know that you don't need to rush anything. And that slowing down, sitting in stillness, meditating, reading a book and walking in nature are the only medicine you need. 

Most of all, I want you to say yes to things that light you up, and say no to things that don't. When we live in full alignment with our truth, life gets really, really good, and the harder stuff melts away. Who is health coaching for?

One-on-one holistic health coaching is for you if you identify with any of the following:

...that was pretty easy to write because i identify with many if not all of those things.
